PAYMENT

The Customer can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Payment by credit card

Payment made by bank transfer will be received by the bank in the time period ranging from 2 to 5 days.

WARRANTY

Astrologo Ottica Srl  guarantees the quality and authenticity of the products sold.

All products are shipped in their original cases.

All eyeglasses with prescription lenses inserted are accompanied by a certificate of quality required by the European legislation (Decree No. 46 of 24/02/1997-MD n ° 180 of 04/05/1998), and by the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product (if provided) issued by the manufacturer.


PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WITH PAYPAL

PayPal is a safe and immediate payment system. PayPal money transfers are processed on secure servers. PayPal provides a system of online micropayment by credit card, operating as an intermediary between the sender and the recipient of the payment.

With more than 100 million accounts worldwide, PayPal guarantees to the customers that their credit card number and personal information will not reach the other party: the data is entered only once, and from that moment on, the customer will only have to log in to their account to make payments. There is no need to re-enter the card and delivery details every time the customer checks out.

The customers can pay for a product purchased online by linking their personal account to their credit card (or a reloadable prepaid card) – Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard, or using their PayPal balance.

It is also possible to pay for an online purchase without having to register an account.

PayPal accepts payments with credit cards of the followings payment systems: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AURA. To pay by credit card without having a PayPal account, the customer, at the step of confirming of the order, shall select the method of payment Credit card with PayPal and, after being directed to the PayPal payment page, follow the link "Continue."


INVOICE AND RECEIPT

Online shopping does not imply the issue of an invoice (Art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of DPR 633/72) and payment certification (receipt) (Art. 2 DPR 696/96).

The invoice is issued only on Customer’s request at the moment of purchase and with the necessary information provided.
