Inaugurated in 1893, the building bears witness to the deep desire of the time to provide Quebec with a grand luxury hotel where great minds and great business meetings could be brought together. Today, the Château Frontenac continues to amaze with its architectural grandeur and its legendary panache nourished by the influence of the French Renaissance.
